Art Gary - Phillip Newman (Walking Tall: Final Chapter), owner of Gary's Body Shop, has a few scores to settle. Two years ago, a devastating car crash took the life of his wife and left his daughter in a coma. A trio of teenaged joy riders was to blame but the local Sheriff, William Smith (Any Which Way You Come/Red Dawn), came up short on delivering justice.
