The Skyrunner World Series was launched in 2004 and has grown to represent the peak of outdoor running defined by altitude and technicality. In 2017, the Series comprises three disciplines: Sky Classic, Sky Extreme and Sky Ultra, featuring 22 races in 19 venues on three continents. This documentary takes us to five destinations of the 2017 Migu Run Skyrunner World Series starting from Madeira Island (Portugal). Next, we move to the mythical Mount Olympus (Greece) and to Ceresole Reale (Italy). Our final stops will be at Kinlochleven in the Scottish Highlands and in Limone Sul Garda (Italy).
